Karl Stahl's photos of Git R' Wet Contest, Shout outs, Sexy Bullriding reminder, XMAS shopping and more

Hey gang,

1. It's Wednesday night and I'm about to go into work, so be sure to watch the Sexy Bullriding on the Cowboy Bills webcam: http://www.cowboybillskw.com/bullcam.htm

If you want a shout out during the contest, email me before 11 PM tonight, DJ Rowdy, at cowboybillskw@gmail.com.

2. Be sure to check out our new improved web store for Christmas gifts which will please those on your list. The webstore address is: http://stores.floridakeys.com/cowboybillskw/

3. As some of you have noticed, we've finally gotten 50 photos of the Git R' Wet contest here on our blog. The photographs of the actual event from my camera were shot by Tom Robinson of the Meteor Grill and Key West Citizen fame. He was about 40 feet from the stage and as I've learned with beginner's luck, we needed a longer telephoto lense and better flash attachment. That said, I will continue to post photos.

But here's something which will knock your cowboy boots right off your tootsies: Karl Stahl, head of Information Technology at La Te Da's was in the audience that night in the VIP section. Karl and his lovely wife, Stacy, are also advanced amateur photographers (more like pros in my book) and they shot the contest from just a few feet away.

To see Karl's photos of the Git R' Wet contest, you may click here with a WARNING: prudish people who blush at near nude women should stop here:

By the way, Karl's website, http://www.karlstahl.com/ is also hosting other nights from Fantasy Fest at other events during that week. He's also shot other Fantasy Fests in the past few years.

Karl's slideshow of our Git R' Wet contest will now go on our blog's links to the left of this post you are reading.

4. Lastly, my own global news blog: http://www.a1anews.blogspot.com/ is now in it's fourth week after moving from another address. I've secured the .com and .net names. I will soon have them up and running so as to gravitate the blog to a standardized one page news gathering spot . . . like the drudge report, only better and with more weird news like you'd expect from a Key West perspective. As I am sending many news readers to Cowboy Bill's blog, I now invite readers of Cowboy Bill's blog to check out http://www.a1anews.blogspot.com/.

So, we've put new links to karlstahl.com, a1anews.blogspot.com, and the webstore and webcams on the Cowboy Bill's blog.

Keep checking in weekly for new photo updates here.

You just might see yourself in Living Color during a Kodak Moment you never knew existed!

It's all about the ride,

DJ Rowdy

p.s. Don't forget if you want shout outs tonight, ping me at cowboybillskw@gmail.com
