We must give a big shout out of thanks to "GM John" who sent us these incredible photographs of this past Fantasy Fest 2009 at Cowboy Bill's Honky Tonk Saloon Key West.
This particular series . . . and three more parts . . . are of the 3rd Annual Fantasy Fest Sexy Bull Riding Contest held on Wednesday of Fantasy Fest week.
This contest raised the most money ever for a Sexy Bull Riding Contest. We collected so much money from the audience, we upped the prize money for second and third place:
First place prize money was $2,200 cash + an assortment of prizes such as gift certificates from Cowboy Bill's, Eat-N-Grin Deli, Key West Original Ghost Tour and more.
Second and third place each received $365 cash + scooter rentals from Sunshine Rentals, gift certificates from Cowboy Bill's and Eat-N-Grin Deli, plus tickets to the Key West Original Ghost Tour.
First, second and third place winners also won professional photo shoots from Tyler Scott Fotographia and Southernmost Photograph, and each of these photo shoots were worth $500.
This was the first Fantasy Fest Sexy Bull Riding Contest with a V.I.P. area. We sold it out days before the contest. There were 25 spots at $60 each. These 25 people had the best seats in the house, their own open bar with bartender, and, the beautiful ladies you are about to view from the contest were inches away from the V.I.P area.
This coming year, tickets for the V.I.P. area for the 4th Annual Fantasy Fest Sexy Bull Riding Contest will go on sale on October 1st at http://www.keystix.com/. We are going to try and erect a new viewing area which will accommodate more people.
When you see these first photos from this year's contest, you will understand why the Annual Fantasy Fest Sexy Bull Riding Contest is always a sellout.
