SHANE THOMAS BACK AT COWBOY BILL'S
Cowboy Bill's is pleased to welcome back the Shane Thomas Band for a Columbus Day Weekend of great live music. The band will perform shows this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 10 pm. Next week the band will be playing Wednesday through Saturday.
Shane Thomas has been entertaining big crowds since his teens but his career took off in 2005 after moving to Nashville. The Kentucky native began using the Music City as his base and building his resume by playing the infamous watering holes of country music. Gigs at Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, the Wildhorse Saloon and the Cadilac Ranch put the singer on the fast track. Thomas networked with a number of Nashville's singer/songwriters, developing friendships and collaborations with a host of talented musicians. His band's 2007/2008 tour crisscrossed America with a highlight of playing with Toby Keith at the Fiesta Bowl.
Thomas and his band have been steadily building their resume, opening shows for John Michael Montgomery, Little Big Town, Andy Griggs, and Aaron Tippin. Catch this rising star at Cowboy Bill's all weekend. For more information contact 305 295-8219.
FANTASY FEST
For Fantasy Fest Cowboy Bill's welcomes back Alabama native Chad Bradford and the Damn Band. The band will be playing a 10 night gig starting on October 20th. The highlight of their stand will be playing on the Cowboy Bill's Fantasy Fest float before more than 100,000 people.
After a brief break to recharge, Bradford and the band have been out performing non-stop in support of their latest album. The single "He Still Draws Them Together" peaked at number 39 on the Music Row charts.
Reviewers comment that Bradford sings with an "honest voice that boils over with rustic experience and grit." His distinctive style is influenced by the Muscle Shoals R & B sound, his gospel roots and his love of country rock. His years on the road have forged have created a dynamic stage presence which has received considerable attention from Nashville's movers and shakers. His music has been recently featured on the hit TV show "Girl Meets Cowboy".
