Spring Break Notes on Bands and Sexy Bull Riding Contests

Hey gang,

This week begins our crazy month of March - Spring Break Madness.

The band for this week is Shurman, from Austin, Texas. They are the most alternative country sounding band to have ever worked our stage, and this is their third year at Cowboy Bill's.

After Shurman comes two weeks of Chas Blakemore, two weeks of Chad Bradford, followed by two weeks of Rick Monroe. (Rick, sorry you aren't going to be here for any of the Spring Break Madness, but you will be here during the Sailfish Tournament week . . . which is huge.)

Along with Spring Break comes a bevy of beautiful young cowgirls. As we've done the past two years, we will run 3 to 4 nights of Sexy Bull Riding Contests, starting with this coming Sunday, March 7th. We will attempt to run constests Sunday through Thursday this year (5 nights), depending on how many ladies are ready to ride by 11:30 PM nightly. But I will be happy to get 3 or 4 contests up and running out of the 5 nights available.

If I remember correctly, the second (next week) and third weeks of Spring Break we had no problem running 3 or 4 contests weekly. So, if you are regular, continue to dial up http://www.cowboybillskw.com/ and watch our "Bull Cam" for the world's greatest Sexy Bull Riding Contests.

See you tonight. (At least you'll hear my voice.)

And by the way, for those of you at home wanting a shout out during the contest, try to hit me early, say around 9 - 11 PM. The correct email address is cowboybillskw@gmail.com . When you ping me early, I can write down your names and get everything in order. As you know, with the big prize money we raise these days, the crazier it gets in the DJ Booth. It really is stressful, crazy and fun all at the same time, and I'd never be able to do it without the managers and owners who help out by taking the donations of cash from members of our audience. Hence, I've been a tad slack on the reading of email dedications and shouts out, but, now that we've gotten organized in the accounting department, I can get back to giving out of town shouts out.

Without Irene, Casey and Timmy to account for the donations, this contest would not be as big and wild as it is today, so, a big hearty shout out to the three people at Cowboy Bill's who make it happen in the "Prize Department."

By the way, if you come in tonight, expect a stellar show. A friend of mine tells me he has several "English" gals in town who want a shot at the big money.

Blimey, pip pip, tallyho, and away I go to work.
